Mike Chavez

Mike Chavez is a seasoned pharmacy professional and business leader with 30 plus years of experience in healthcare and retail management. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Samford University in 1994 and went on to own and operate a nuclear pharmacy in Tallahassee, Florida. After selling his interest in the business in 2004, Mike joined Publix Super Markets, Inc., where he advanced into pharmacy leadership overseeing 40 plus pharmacy locations in the southeast region. His strengths in business development and customer service have consistently driven growth, operational excellence, and team development.

With a deep faith in Jesus Christ, Mike is passionate about living out his values personally and professionally. He thrives on building relationships and helping others reach their potential spiritually and professionally. Outside of work, Mike enjoys quality time with his wife and 3 children, playing various sports, and vacationing at the beach.
