When surrounded by trusted advisors with a common goal, a similar worldview, and biblical principles as the foundation for all decisions, you can maximize both performance and kingdom impact.
When do C12 Business Forums meet?
Each C12 Forum meets once a month for one full business day, including lunch. The day is full of interaction among members including a time for open discussion. You can see an example agenda below.
What happens in Business Forums?
C12 is not a business bible study or a Christian business networking group. It’s an architected environment for business, life, and leadership transformation. During a forum MBA-level curriculum is taught, business issues presented and discussed among peers, and accountability and encouragement is had.
The curriculum includes three aspects: devotional, business, and ministry.
In Business Forums, peers work together to make better decisions, avoid costly mistakes, and create solid plans for business growth, all while striving to create eternal impact far beyond the bottom line.

Together, companies rise to market leading levels of employee engagement and performance, customer satisfaction, operational fitness, financial well-being, and cultural vibrancy—and unleash uncommon eternal impact.
C12 helps CEOs and executives of growth-stage companies calibrate the entirety of their businesses through our signature 5-Point Alignment Matrix—continually evaluating and aligning revenue growth strategies, financial stewardship, cultural development, and operations within a framework of Business as a Ministry (BaaM). Our rigorous, interactive curriculum empowers C12 members to lean into challenges and leverage the opportunities of today’s marketplace.
Outside of your monthly Business Forum, you’ll have a one-on-one consultation with your C12 Chair that’s equivalent to an executive coaching session. This time is curated specifically for your needs.
You don’t just benefit from measurable results within your business from being in C12. You also benefit from the camaraderie, encouragement, and accountability provided by the other leaders in your forum.
We know that leading can be lonely… but it doesn’t have to be.

No CEO or business owner can reach a lofty goal alone.
