Dale Armstrong

Dale Armstrong serves as a Chair with C12 Business Forums in the Northern Atlanta Region. C12 is the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEO’s, business owners and executives serving 5,000 members throughout the United States

and Internationally. Dale has began serving as a C12 Chair in 2026.

Prior to joining C12, Dale served as Deputy Secretary for North Caronia’s Department of Health and Human Services where he led the state’s fourteen healthcare facilities with a budget of $1.2 billion and 12,000 employees. Under his leadership, North Carolina constructed and opened two large state-of-the-art healthcare facilities comprising 700 beds and operated ten additional healthcare facilities across the state while navigating

the complexities of responding to the Covid-10 pandemic. Dale’s background also includes operating acute medical healthcare and behavioral healthcare systems in in both the public and private for-profit sectors across the Southeast.

Throughout his career, Dale has been a sought-out leader, mentor, coach, and speaker in the area of healthcare operations.

Additionally, Dale actively serves on the board of an international mission organization focused on microbusiness development in the 10-40 Window. Dale and his wife Anne live in Cumming, Georgia. They have 2 children, 2 children-in- laws and 7 grandchildren.
